Be aware about scam scheme on logistics side organized by the seller. The CIF (incoterms) rate will be relatively low,  but the sellers forwarder will charge you a fortune before even fulfilling their obligations under the CIF terms. In essence, the seller's agent is extorting customers, demanding payment of invoices as destination charges even before the shipment has reached its destination, threatening high storage costs in the event of delays. They also require the seller to sign a document acknowledging that logistics costs may exceed the value of the goods themselves. Be prepared for the fact that if you order goods worth USD 1,000, you will be required to pay the same amount as destination charges (this does not include VAT or other costs associated with customs clearance, only the fictitious rates of the seller's agent). This is a gray area in the logistics chain. So, in any case, expect additional logistics costs when working with this supplier.
